Kitang mga Bisaya, dako kaayo ta ug matabang sa mga nanginahanglan. As Cebuanos, we can do a lot to help the victims of typhoon Ondoy. Let us do our share.

DONATION DROP-OFF POINTS (Cebu)

  1. Cebu musicians & Outpost Restobar will help Ondoy victims! We’ll need you to bring your goods, clothing food etc. Joseph Castillo, hubby of musician Lia Luisa A. Castillo will send a 20ft Container to MLA 4 esp Cainta & Marikina. Details to follow. Drop in some love while you listen to some music. Get in touch with him through 09082368999 or 09322117111.
  2. Caltex Banilad is officially a drop-off point for the Joseph Castillo container van.

  24. Orange Brutus P. Del Rosario (across USC Main) will accept donations starting Monday from 2pm-8pm. Tuesday to Thursday 10am-8pm.

  36. Cebu Chamber of Commerce and Industry is encouraging its member companies to donate! Donations in cash or in kind are accepted in the CCCI Center in North Reclamation Area. Yeah, it’s far, but it’s for a cause, right?

    The Ramon Aboitiz Foundation supports the Aboitiz Group of Companies in its initiative to help the victims of Typhoon Ondoy which hit Luzon last September 25.

    Nonperishable goods (preferably canned goods, clothes and powdered milk;
    NO noodles and cash please) are accepted at all 2GO outlets in Cebu, Bacolod, Cagayan de Oro, Dumaguete, Davao, General Santos, Iloilo, Puerto Princesa, Tagbilaran, and Zamboanga.

    For those in Cebu, you may also drop off your donations at the Aboitiz Head Office, Gov. Manuel A. Cuenco Avenue, Cebu City (beside Cebu Country Club).

    Your donations will be consolidated at the Durian Warehouse of 2GO in Manila and will be turned over to the Department of Social Welfare & Development (DSWD).

    Let us all do our part in helping our fellowmen in this time of need.

  45. Cebu Bionic Builder Supply, Incorporated Magallanes Branch is now also accepting donations for Ondoy victims. Kindly call their office to check until when you can bring your donations there. Cebu Bionic Builders is located near USJ-R Main Campus and Mt. Carmel Parish. Click here for the map and directions.
  46. The Cebu City Government has urged its employees to bring used clothes. The stuff are being collected and deposited at the Customer Service Office, Ground Flr., Legislative Bldg., Cebu City Hall. Please call ahead to know until what time they are accepting donations (412 0000 loc 0).

A word to potential donors: Please bring as much donations as you can. A lot of people need your help. But please make a background check first before dropping off goods or donating money. Just a word of caution.
